Payments, taxes, and invoices

The landing-package payment schedule is 50% in advance, 25% at final approval, and 25% before domain and website transfer. The accepted proposal records the scope, fees, milestones, tax treatment, and any agreed additional costs.

Landing packages include the first-year domain and hosting. The first-year domain is free and is moved into the client's account at project handoff. Eligible domains, hosting limits, renewal costs, and any additional third-party costs are specified in the proposal rather than assumed.

Late or incomplete payment may pause active work, delivery, support, or access until the account is regularized, subject to the governing commercial document.

Governing law

Services and scope

Simpleweb.in provides professional website and digital operations services, including strategy, interface design, website development, CMS setup, lead capture workflows, content architecture, blog or publishing systems, landing pages, performance support, maintenance, and launch assistance.

The exact scope of any paid engagement is defined in the proposal, invoice, written estimate, statement of work, or signed agreement. Anything not listed as included should be treated as excluded unless we agree to it in writing.

Published landing-package prices are planning ranges. The accepted proposal specifies page and product counting, SEO and GEO deliverables, social-post definitions and service duration, video and report scope, revisions, hosting limits, renewal costs, taxes, and any additional third-party costs. Monthly post counts do not establish an indefinite service commitment.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, approvals, content, brand assets, access credentials, third-party account access, legal requirements, and any industry-specific instructions needed to complete the project.

Delays in feedback, access, payment, content, approvals, or third-party decisions may affect timelines and delivery dates. We are not responsible for delays caused by missing inputs or decisions outside our control.

Fees, payments, and taxes

For the landing packages, payment is 50% in advance, 25% at final approval, and 25% before domain and website transfer. The accepted proposal or invoice records those milestones, the agreed scope, and the applicable tax treatment.

The first-year domain and hosting are included in the landing packages, and the free first-year domain is moved into the client's account at project handoff. Eligible domains, hosting limits, renewal charges, gateway charges, subscriptions, licensed assets, and other costs or exclusions are specified in the proposal. An additional cost is not implied merely because a type of service is mentioned here.

Late or incomplete payment may pause active work, delivery, launch support, maintenance, access to project files, or support responses until the account is regularized.

Revisions, approvals, and change requests

Project revisions are limited to the revision rounds or scope described in the accepted commercial document. Requests outside the agreed scope may be estimated and billed separately.

Once a design, content section, feature, integration, or milestone is approved, later changes may affect cost and timeline. We may ask for written approval before starting additional or altered work.

Content, legal, and compliance responsibility

Clients are responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, permissions, claims, pricing, policies, regulated disclosures, testimonials, images, trademarks, and industry-specific requirements used on their website or marketing materials.

Simpleweb.in may provide structure, copy guidance, UX suggestions, privacy page implementation, terms page implementation, or compliance-aware interface patterns, but we do not provide legal, tax, financial, medical, regulatory, or professional compliance advice.

Intellectual property and licenses

After full payment, clients generally receive the rights to use the final website deliverables created specifically for their project, subject to any third-party licenses, open-source licenses, platform restrictions, and unpaid balances.

We may retain ownership of reusable methods, internal tools, frameworks, templates, know-how, libraries, pre-existing assets, and generic components used to deliver services. Third-party assets remain governed by their own licenses.

Warranties and limitations

We aim to deliver professional, functional, performance-conscious work, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, conversion rates, uptime, search visibility, platform approvals, or third-party service behavior.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Simpleweb.in is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from website use, project delays, third-party tools, hosting outages, client changes, or business decisions made from project output.

Suspension and termination

We may pause or terminate access to services if there is non-payment, abusive behavior, unlawful activity, security risk, repeated scope abuse, misuse of project systems, or violation of these terms or the accepted project agreement.

On cancellation, we charge for completed work and agreed, non-recoverable third-party costs, provide an itemized breakdown, and refund the unused balance of payments received. Reserving time or receiving an advance does not by itself make the entire payment non-refundable. The Refund Policy explains this calculation; rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law are preserved.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms as our website, services, tools, operating model, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.

If a signed agreement or accepted proposal conflicts with these general website terms, the signed or project-specific document will usually control for that project.
